What services does OCD Clean provide?+
Exterior cleaning for siding, roofs, concrete, driveways, decks, patios, fences and other outdoor surfaces. The cleaning method is matched to the material.
How do you determine pricing?+
Pricing depends on the service, surface size, condition and any adjustments required for access or buildup. The estimate page is the starting point.
How do I schedule service?+
Start with the estimate page. Once the scope is reviewed, we confirm the next steps and scheduling.

OCD Clean now serves Kelowna, BC and the surrounding area.
Service & Safety
Will this damage my home or surfaces?+
The goal is the opposite. Pressure, flow and cleaning method are adjusted to the material. Delicate surfaces are not treated like concrete.
Is soft washing different from pressure washing?+
Yes. Soft washing relies on low pressure and cleaning solution for delicate exterior surfaces. Pressure washing uses greater mechanical force and is reserved for materials that can handle it.
Can oxidized siding be cleaned?+
Cleaning can remove surface grime and improve appearance, but oxidation and permanent fading are different from dirt and may remain visible.
Will every stain come out?+
No. Most dirt and organic buildup clean very well, while deep oil, rust, mineral or weathering stains may improve without disappearing completely.
Payments & Policies
When will I be charged?+
Credit cards may be pre-authorized before service and charged after the work is complete. Other payment methods may require a deposit depending on the booking.
What payment options do you offer?+
OCD Clean can accept credit card, Visa Debit, Interac e-Transfer, cash, cheque with approval, and invoice billing for approved business clients.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
What if I am not satisfied?+
Contact us and we will review the completed work and address anything that was missed within the agreed scope.
